Moving Data From PDF to SPSS

I have to make value labels of a dataset that is from a PDF file. I have to do this in SPSS, except I have no clue how to import the data into SPSS from a PDF file. I tried copy and pasting, but I can’t just highlight and copy one column at a time. It makes me highlight the entire document. There’s gotta be some easier way to do this. Can anyone help?
